Returns and Refunds Policy

Returning a product has never been easier!

If you need to return your order for any reason, we are here to help! We offer FREE refundable returns within 30 days of product delivery, NO QUESTIONS QUESTIONED.

To initiate a return or exchange, you just need to complete the following steps:

Send us an email to armonieinlegnoshop@gmail.com, indicating your order number and if you want to change the product or get a refund. In response, we will send you the data to proceed with the return.
Confirm the shipment of the returned product (the shipping costs will be borne by the customer), providing an identification code (tracking number) so that we can verify the return at any time.

Further information:

Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
It is not possible to return or exchange "personalized" or "on request" or "with special combinations" products.
For products purchased using a code obtained through a "gift coupon", the refund will take place by issuing an additional discount code for the value of the purchase made (net of any shipping costs).
We also remind you that in the event of repeated absence at the time of delivery and lack of will to collect the product stored in the following 3 days, the product will be returned to the sender (Armonie in Legno), who will proceed to make a refund to the customer, net of any costs incurred for sending the product and for its return.
In case of non-delivery/loss of the product due to incorrect communication of the sending data by the customer (example: wrong address, wrong email, incorrect recipient), Armonie in Legno will not be responsible and will proceed with a net refund of the order of the shipping and return costs incurred (always after receipt of the goods sent, therefore in the event of loss for the reasons set out above, the refund will be null and void).
In the event that shipping outside Italy has not been paid by the customer (order amount exceeding €120) and the product is returned, the refund made will be net of shipping costs incurred by Armonie in Legno.
