PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
The website features products that have been carefully selected for sale on our HTTPS://WWW.ARMONIEINLEGNO.COM/ Products are subject to availability, so once a product is out of stock it will be removed from the website as soon as possible and may not be available again. Because there is a delay between the time the Order is placed and the time the Order is accepted, the stock position for a particular Product may change. If a Product you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept your Order, MATTEO SILANUS, ARMONIE IN LEGNO will not be liable to you for the inability to supply that Product. If such a situation occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out-of-stock Product.

ORDER PROCESS
An order is placed on the website by pressing the "Place Order Now" button at the end of the payment process.
We will send you an email confirming your Order which will indicate the Product(s) you have ordered. This email does not constitute acceptance of your Order by us.
Since your order is shipped by us, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. After sending one of these emails, your Order will be deemed accepted by us, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your Order or you have canceled it.
Provided that we have accepted your Order, we will then deliver it to your designated address.

PRICE OF GOODS

DELIVERY

Upon delivery of the items, you will have 24 hours to ensure that all goods are in good condition and in an undamaged state. After this 24 hour period we cannot accept responsibility for claims of damaged goods.
